GRAPHIC DESIGNER – (M/F/D)

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with an eye for detail to support our creative team on a daily basis.

The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of initiatives and campaigns for digital, social media, and print as well as develop the our brand identity and visual standards alongside our Creative Director. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing proposals and presentations, brochures and flyers, and infographics, all requiring a look and feel tailored to each project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating banners, direct marketing, social media and digital marketing campaigns for product launches in-line with our brand guide
  • Creating icons and infographics
  • Supporting our Social Media Manager and Email Marketing team with any graphics for campaigns.
  • Creating branded advertising for online and print.
  • Updating and renewing our catalogues and promotional material such as postcards, brochures etc
  • Creating branded packaging
  • Designing exhibition stands and all the marketing elements related to that

QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 1-3 years experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva. experience with other creative programs is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding
  • Passionate about creating engaging content and creative storytelling through design
  • Constantly consuming content across digital platforms, must be aware of new trends
  • Organized and flexible, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be capable of collaborating with multiple teams and managing projects simultaneously

    SALES MANAGER – (M/F/D)

    FREELANCE OR PART TIME | FULL TIME (w/m/d)
    The Sales Manager will work on developing the brand on a global scale whilst developing processes, strategies and also supporting in brand development and marketing. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will work in developing B2B sales strategies with a focus on Benelux and Eastern Europe as well as the US and UK
    • You will work on the acquisition of new retail partners and identifying all sales opportunities in these regions.
    • You will also work with agents in these territories where necessary and will identify the best agents, establishing contractual agreements and targets.
    • You will in some instances manage our distribution channels ensuring the distributors are hitting targets and ensuring they are doing all that is necessary to promote the brand in their regions.
    • You will be responsible for supporting retail partners, agents or distributors in rolling out merchandising in-store, supporting our retail partners to find the best solutions.
    • Your role will involve meeting with these stakeholders and presenting the Toddlekind brand and ensuring continual growth with our partners.
    • You will be responsible for annual sales targets in-line with the company’s plans.

    DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing desired or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years’ experience in sales
    • An interest in the baby sector.
    • Strong project management skills
    • Hubspot experience a strong advantage.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Familiarity with video conferencing or ability to adapt and learn quickly
    • Strong sales & influence skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-through to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-driven, strong work ethic and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Good oral and written communication skills- fluent in French and able to communicate fluently in English.
    • Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional &  confidential manner
    • Energetic, passionate, team-oriented and ability to work with various personalities, styles, and cultures

      E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT – (W/M/D) 

      PART TIME START OR FREELANCE (M/F/D)

      LOCATION – GERMANY - HOME BASED

      The primary focus of this role will be centered around continuing to provide exemplary service to our customers whilst supporting and communication within our Team.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Communicating with customers and ensuring success in Toddlekind's E-commerce channel;
      • Communication and liaising with supply chain partners regarding E-commerce matters;
      • Executing administrative tasks for E-commerce and the Head Office from time to time;
      • Assisting in the coordination of E-commerce programs/initiatives;

      DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

      • Customer Service experience ideally in E-Commerce 

      • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment 

      • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision • Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality

      • International experience- working at ease with different cultures, nationalities and systems 

      • Fluency (both written and spoken) in English & German, French a bonus

      YOU HAVE

      • Experience in E-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
