Product Care

• Wipe up spills immediately with a dry cloth. Prolonged water exposure can damage the mat.
• Clean with mild soap and water; dry thoroughly before reuse. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.
• Not recommended for pets.
• Heavy furniture or gym equipment may leave permanent indentations.
• Ensure no moisture is trapped under the mat. After cleaning floors, make sure both the floor and mat are completely dry before placing the mat back.
• Clean before first use.
• Indoor use only – avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
• Not suitable for high-pile carpets.
• When using with under floor heating, please place your playmat on a felt rug pad.
• Disclaimer: Prolonged sunlight exposure may cause the surrounding floor to fade, while the area under the mat stays protected. Regularly move the mat to allow for even aging. Toddlekind is not liable for damage caused by moisture, sunlight, or improper care.

Warranty

Toddlekind offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products for the lifetime of the product. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will without charge, replace defected parts, or items at our discretion. For more information see our warranty page.

In addition Toddlekind offers free tile replacements during the warranty period for any damage that falls outside of manufacturing defects. For more information see our warranty page.

Good Mat for Nursery

I was looking for a plain mat for my nursery. I like the neutral color options. I find that the mats don’t interlock seamlessly. I would have liked the interlocking edges to be less noticeable and have fewer gaps (mats definitely do not look as neat and smooth as pictured on the website). However, they are good quality and design, so I kept them.

All our puzzle playmats are made in Taiwan.

WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

Our Premium and Classic Foam Playmats are made of premium quality EVA foam with a printed film (Premium) that is tested to the most vigorous standards by a third party laboratory

ARE THE PLAYMATS SAFE?

Yes! We test to both US and EU safety standards to ensure that our playmats exceed safety requirements limiting heavy metals, lead, formamide and phthalates in children’s products. Our Puzzle Playmats are:

• Free of lead, PVC, formaldehyde, latex

• Exceeds ASTM F963 - US Toy Safety standards 

• CPSIA Compliant

ARE THE PLAYMATS SUITABLE FOR UNDERFLOOR HEATING?

Yes, all of our floor mats can be used for underfloor heating. When using with under floor heating, please place your playmat on a felt rug pad.

CAN THE PLAYMATS BE USED OUTDOORS?

No, it is not recommended to use any puzzle mat outdoors.

CAN I PURCHASE SINGLE TILES?

Currently, we do not offer this, you may purchase a single mat which contains 6 tiles (Premium) and 9 tiles (Classic).
