Product Care

• Wipe up spills as they happen with a dry cloth. Prolonged exposure to water can damage the mat.
• Use mild soap and water to clean your mat. Dry completely before use.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents
• Not recommended for pets.
• Prolonged use of heavy furniture or gym equipment may leave a permanent indent in your mat.
• Do not allow water/moisture to become trapped under the mat. When cleaning your floors, please ensure that the floor is completely clean and dry before replacing the mat.
• Clean before first use.
• Not for outdoor use - avoid direct sun exposure
• Not for use on high pile carpets

Warranty

Toddlekind offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products for the lifetime of the product. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will without charge, replace defected parts, or items at our discretion. For more information see our warranty page.

In addition Toddlekind offers free tile replacements during the warranty period for any damage that falls outside of manufacturing defects. For more information see our warranty page.

The Perfect Playmat For Little Ones Without Compromising on Aesthetic!

Too many children’s playmats come in bold colours or are made from thin material. These playmats are incredible quality, the colours and patterns are beautiful. I wanted something that would fit into my living room, fit into my decor and wouldn’t be garish and this is perfect. They will match any interior. They are thick and long-lasting, I’ve had mine for almost one year now and there’s no wear and tear. I also purchased a splat mat and a cotton play mat which I equally love because I was so pleased with my foam playmat purchase. You wont regret it, it’s worth every penny!

EUREKA! They've done it!

This playmat is a dream, I wanted one I could put in my living room without compromising on my style and decor. I also wanted quality that would last, not be slippy and slide and non toxic and thick. I adore this! I will definitely be buying extender packets. It's taken me ages to find a playmat that's stunning, functional and also doesn't break the bank. Yes! We test to both US and EU safety standards to ensure that our playmats exceed safety requirements limiting heavy metals, lead, formamide and phthalates in children’s products. Our Puzzle Playmats are:

ARE THE PLAYMATS SUITABLE FOR UNDERFLOOR HEATING?

Yes, all of our floor mats can be used for underfloor heating.

CAN THE PLAYMATS BE USED OUTDOORS?

No, it is not recommended to use any puzzle mat outdoors.

CAN I PURCHASE SINGLE TILES?

Currently, we do not offer this, you may purchase a single mat which contains 6 tiles (Premium) and 9 tiles (Classic).
